what would willow wear?

In my down time (well let's not kid ourselves...MOST of my time), I've been re-watching the first seasons of Buffy the Vampire slayer (no shame).  The only ones just kind of suck because Angel isn't in them, and to be honest, those shirtless scenes were really the only thing keeping me watching. The other one? Willow's collection of fuzzy sweaters. I owned a few back in my day and am a bit sad that I let them all go.

Luckily, some kindred spirit out there created a tumblr dedicated just to Willow's wardrobe! Behold an enviable collection of happy face backpacks and corduroy overalls.

The ultimate recipe for glorious angst? Three girls sharing a very floral bedroom. Sure, there might have been more to The Brady Bunch than stylish sobfests, but obviously, anything else is secondary to me.

It's ok, though, because sitcoms always end happily!

my so-called life / vanessa bruno

Maybe it's because I spent this entire week re-watching My So-Called Life (which is now on Netflix Instant Watch in case you haven't heard) and may have called out of work today just to finish them up (shhhh), but I couldn't help but think that the lastest Vanessa Bruno collection seemed exactly what I like to think Angela Chase might be sporting in 2011. All that's missing is a splash of plaid and some boots.

(maybe not so much the last two, but I just couldn't not include them!)
